I wanted to reach out and let you know that the flowers for my father’s memorial were beautiful. We received many compliments on them. For some reason, such lovely flower arrangements truly help to brighten the mood during these occasions. Thank you for your work

The order was as expected, nothing more nothing less. The staff greeted me upon arrival but that's about it. No small talk, no suggestive sales-just a simple, 'Here's your stuff.' They recommended that I not place my order in a refrigerator that contains apples, as apples will spoil your arrangement. I appreciated that tip as I used to work in the industry & would give that tip to my customers as well. Overall a good experience and I personally would return and will recommend!

I ordered two floral arrangements for my mom’s celebration of life and, unfortunately, I’ve never been so disappointed with flowers. I ordered the deluxe version (a step up from the standard), so I expected them to be noticeably fuller than the standard photo shown online. When I picked them up, they looked very sparse with a lot of empty space. I kindly asked if they were the deluxe, and she confirmed they were because they included four roses. She did say they were out of the other flowers that were supposed to be in them. To her credit, she was very sweet and did take them to the back and add some small lilies to help fill them in, which I appreciated, but I honestly shouldn’t have had to ask. What was most disappointing was that when I got out to my truck, I noticed the large white lilies were already turning brown and some of the filler stems were wilting and looking rough. For flowers ordered for such an important and emotional occasion, I expected much fresher quality. The shop itself is beautiful and the staff member I spoke with was kind and helpful. I just wish the arrangements had matched the fullness and freshness that were advertised.
